We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months. Please contact our leasing office for current availability and move-in specials.
How much is the security deposit?
Our security deposit is $500.
When is my rent due?
Rent payments are accepted from the 1st through the 5th. Any payment made on or after the 6th will be considered late.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid with a personal check, money order, cashier's check or resident portal.
Are there additional fees I should expect?
Yes, the following fees apply:
- Technology Fee: $115
- Pest Control: $10
- Trash: $25

How do residents submit maintenance requests?
Resident can submit a maintenance request on the resident portal, email or phone call.
Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?
24 hour maintenance is available. An emergency maintenance request consists of a water leak, no heat, no AC when its 85 degrees or higher outside.
Is there a technology package at this property?
A technology package is available at Maybrook, which includes Wi-Fi, a smart thermostat, and smart home locks.
Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site?
A washer and dryer are included in every townhome for your convenience.
Is parking available and is it included?
Maybrook townhomes include an attached garage along with a private driveway for additional parking.
What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?
There is a one time fee of $375 per pet and $25 a month for pet rent. Our breed restrictions are:

- Doberman Pinschers
- Presa Canarios
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Rottweilers

- Akitas
- Wolf-hybrids
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Our townhomes do not come furnished. However, we partner with a trusted third-party company that offers furniture rental packages for your convenience. If you're interested, we’re happy to connect you with them to arrange a setup that fits your needs.

Maybrook townhomes include an attached garage along with a private driveway for additional parking.

Applications for our townhomes can be submitted conveniently online through our website.
What are the income and credit requirements?
Applicants are required to have a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent. A third-party screening company will verify credit history, including late payments, outstanding debts, or bankruptcies; criminal background for felony or misdemeanor convictions; and rental history, including landlord references, evictions, or lease violations.
What documents are required to apply?
To apply, applicants must provide one month of pay stubs or an offer letter to verify income and employment, a valid government issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to verify identity, and a Social Security card to confirm Social Security number for employment, credit, or tax purposes.
